All of us are returning for our third year coaching at Creekside. Coach Foley teaches first grade at CV Elementary and Coach Nick works at LinkedIn as a project manager. Ms. Moss is an education specialist at Creekside!

Wrestling shoes (please donate your outgrown shoes to the team!)
Clean clothes: T-shirt, shorts or sweatpants/tights. Similar to PE clothes. Wash every use.
Mouthpiece. Required for athletes with braces, and strongly encouraged for everyone. Boil and bite is very common.
Water Bottle.

Watches, jewelry, earrings, glasses, zippered clothing, baggy clothing
We encourage your students to take control of the communication with the coaching staff.

Parents will be asked to help out to ensure a smooth running program!
Carpooling. Carpools are parents responsibility - insurance and driver info (Parent responsibility)
Creekside Tournament volunteers - Selling tickets, running concessions, helping with the tournament, extra coaching
Students should:
Show up to practice in clean clothing!
Shower immediately after practice (use soap! and scrub!)
Launder workout clothes after each use
Keep Nails Trimmed! (keep your wrestling partner safe & nails are checked at tournaments)
Wash sheets and pillows often (weekly!)
Skin infections like ringworm, impetigo, and other rashes are typical in this sport.
Check your kids for any rash-like symptoms, and talk to them about rash awareness.
If you discover a rash - go to the doctor! Treat it immediately and skip practice until the rash is gone.
